Workday Consultant

Salt is currently hiring a Product specialist for a client of ours in Amsterdam.

Role is for a freelancer with KVK/ZZP.

The Product Systems Specialist is a subject matter expert in recruitment technology, responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, system deployment, and adoption. The role partners with HR SMEs, Process Owners, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and strategically aligned talent acquisition solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise across recruitment platforms including:
• Workday (Recruitment)
• Paradox
• HiredScore
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment activities.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and sign-off on technical requirements.
• Oversee integrations and downstream system impacts.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, IT Security, and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with People Technology teams (Architecture, Integration, Application Management) to align with the People Systems roadmap.
• Support vendor management (e.g., Greenhouse, Eightfold AI and partners).
• Mentor junior specialists and drive continuous improvement.

Knowledge & Experience

• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
• Experience delivering global HR technology implementations.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and system integrations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive solution adoption.
