BDM – International Business (Event services)

I am currently partnered with a renowned events company, who is globally recognized for organizing the largest events across the Middle East – in this role you will lead and execute business development strategies internationally, focusing on venues and large-scale events.

My client is ideally looking for candidates with experience managing the Olympics or World Cup!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic business development plans to expand the company’s presence and revenue streams in international markets within the events industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate business execution, resolve disputes, and ensure the timely fulfillment of business obligations.
• Manage reports and analyses on key performance metrics, market trends, and business development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, industry analysis, and stakeholder networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry associations, and governmental bodies to stay informed on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in international business development, particularly within the events industry.
• You must have a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
• My client will only consider candidates with strong experience working within the events industry for this role as well as experience managing international events.
