A fantastic role as an Inside Sales Representative for one of a global SaaS unicorn start up with over $150million in funding. This is an exciting role where you will be able to earn lots of commission. Upselling to a portfolio of warm accounts, you will be building strong relationships via the telephone and using your commercial sense to add value to the customer’s account.
Role Expectations:
- Ability to meet key performance indicators
- Be proactive on the phone and constantly pushing to over achieve targets
- Build internal relationships with internal teams.
- You will be responsible for building new and maintaining existing customers to increase sales of the company’s products and services by obtaining and up-selling, creating customer satisfaction and adding value to the customer’s experience.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in a telesales/inside sales position
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Tech savvy with a desire to work in a rapid pace tech start up
- Ability to interact with people and build strong relationships, including being able to effectively influence across the business
- Have a proactive approach and able to problem solve
- Excellent and proven written, verbal and presentation skills
