An international tech start up business is looking for an Inside Sales Represenative to join their Dubai office. This person will be the first point of contact to prospects and nurture and qualify leads to pass to the Sales team to convert. You will also be responsible for accompanying the team on meetings and then onboarding customers to the platform.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with prospective clients and convert cold inquiries into warm prospects.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities across the MENA region
- Provide qualified leads to the Sales team
- Constantly developing product knowledge by partaking in training events
- Assist the Sales Director in meetings as and when required
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Impeccable English language skills
- Ideally degree educated from a Western university
- Worked in a tech start up or has a passion for tech
- A strong personality to establish and maintain relationships with sales teams and become a valued part of the business.
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize workload
- A sense of humour and common sense
- Effective listener
- Solid phone, prospecting, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Candidates need to be based in Dubai and have been for atleast 1 year.
