How can you add value to our clients and candidates? Drawing from 4.5 years of recruitment experience in both agency and internal recruitment environments, I am big on adding value and providing market insights for candidates and clients through every step of the recruitment process. Doing so with a transparent, friendly and accessible approach!
On top of this, I am a driven recruiter with a genuine passion for delivering great outcomes for candidates on their job search and clients in the pursuit of building out their tech teams.
Fun fact about me… I grew up on a sheep and cattle farm outside of Mudgee, NSW, and moved to boarding school in Sydney when I was 15.
My career background and/or previous role and why I joined Salt? Before joining Salt, my most recent experience was working in internal recruitment for a health tech startup here in Sydney. I’ve enjoyed the fact that I’ve been able to experience what it’s like working in both agency recruitment and internal recruitment.
Whilst I’ve enjoyed both, I’m excited to return to agency recruitment, where my career began, and to be doing it with Salt. The company itself has achieved so much, and they are now a business with over 20 offices globally, which really appealed to me. On top of this, it’s a really great team with good people who share similar values and are passionate about the recruitment industry and helping people. I’m super excited to start my journey here and begin creating futures for candidates and clients in the Sydney market.
My favourite place I’ve travelled to is…  Italy!
The one thing I love about (country of office location) i… The weather, our country’s different cultures, and the laid-back lifestyle!
My dream job when I was a child was… A professional soccer player.
My Netflix binge is… The Last Dance, Michael Jordan Documentary.
