Talent Manager – Auckland
We have a cracking opportunity at Salt Auckland, to take ownership of the talent space for the Temporary Team, and where you get to create an amazing experience for Salt candidates! Reporting to the Practice Lead you will love the challenge of sourcing and identifying great talent, building and maintaining talent pipelines, with a bit of analysis and marketing on the side.
The Salt Auckland Temporary Team is a crew of high performers with more than 23 years of Salt experience between them. They are driven by providing outstanding delivery to clients and candidates and this position plays an incredibly important part in making magic happen.
You could already be working within the talent arena for an organisation or an agency and looking to make your mark in a new environment, or you have had time in an agency and discovered a 360° is not your gig, rather your passion is supporting candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Temporary Team to ensure we are delivering
- Owning candidate sourcing, through identifying and maintaining talent pools across the commercial landscape
- Creating eDMs and other SM campaigns for attracting talent
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Completing reference and other required pre-employment checks
- Managing candidate engagement
