Those seeking a position as a CIO or CTO can expect a relatively relaxed interview setting, depending on the size of the company they are meeting. The process generally starts with a discussion, followed by a more technical task, which may be executed at home or on-site. Candidates should also be prepared to present any previous projects in which they had a major hand, and demonstrate their leading role in them.

Educational Requirements

Candidates will need to have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering, as well as any additional qualifications in related fields.
