Field Marketing Manager

Salt is partnering with a financial software company that uses advanced cloud-native, AI, and API-first technology for the richest front-to-back banking services. This company is looking to bring on a seasoned Partner and Field Marketing Manager to facilitate their go-to-market campaigns and lead generation activities within the credit union sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing plans for the credit union sector to support the go-to-market strategy
• Execute demand generation across key accounts through global partner community
• Maintain and support partner utilization of Market Development Funds
• Provide targeted marketing support for specific deals in the pipeline
• Support the partnership message using solution briefs, sales guidebooks and messaging decks through implementation of effective sales enablement tools
• Manage industry event joint marketing activities

Expertise:

• 7+ years of field marketing, partner marketing or account-based marketing experience within the tech industry
• B2B experience marketing to Credit Unions
• Experience working with diverse teams to drive pipeline
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder within all levels of the organization
• Experience in the set up and initiation of partner marketing plans
• Analytical, strategic mindset to solving problems for best results
• Excellent project management skills, a highly organized multi-tasker
