Our client is an international luxury beverage brand. Operating at the intersection of heritage and modernity, the diverse portfolio of companies represents some of the best in classic spirits, innovative non-alcoholic drinks and challenger products worldwide.

We’re partnering with the marketing and brand teams to find an entrepreneurial Global Brand Manager to grow one of their most exciting drinks brands across the US and beyond.

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a GLOBAL brand management role within a drinks brand, CPG or luxury business
  • Experience identifying and launching in markets across EMEA and APAC – full-cycle brand strategy from research to business case to packaging and distribution across geographies
  • Demonstrable experience in cross-functional programme delivery with stakeholders/teams across different geographies and disciplines for e.g insights, paid search, e-commerce
  • Experience with budget management ($20m+ PA)
  • A good working knowledge of both digital marketing AND OT methodologies and execution
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; enjoys taking ownership and applying creative thought to commercial challenges
  • Spanish-speaking (nice to have)

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for planning, developing and executing global marketing campaigns for an exciting, popular brand
  • Implementing global brand plans including pricing guidelines, advertising and promotional spend planning and allocation
  • Supporting international marketing teams with performance measurement and strategy
  • Working directly with and supporting C-Level executives to make strategic decisions
