Senior CRM Executive
£35,000 – £40,000
A leading luxury beuaty brand are looking for Senior CRM Executive to join their growing team. The business has just been allocated huge amounts of money to invest in their CRM and Customer Engagement teams. You will report into the Head of CRM and will be able to grow with the team!
They are looking for a CRM professional who is data driven, but also enjoys the creative side to CRM. You will be responsible for planning, building, executing and reporting on your campaigns.
There will also be a clear path to get promoted to CRM Manager within 18 months.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build and deliver data driven, customer-focused email campaigns to acquire and retain customers
- Own and develop the customer newsletter – roadmap, testing, delivery, reporting and optimisation
- Produce data driven CRM campaigns – working closely with the content team
· Work on segmentation projects for campaign targeting using their ESP and Campaign Management tool
· Work on the trigger campaigns across the database
· Check BAU email campaigns, and ensure they are fit for purpose
· Work with the Head of CRM to create an engaging CRM strategy
Skills / Experience
· Experience in creating engaging email marketing campaigns
· Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement
· Ideally educated to degree level
· Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders
· Previous experience in a marketing/ CRM role
