Recruitment Consultant, Tech – London

We’re growing our team in London and would love to hear from experienced recruitment consultants who live and breathe Tech. You’ll be naturally curious about innovations shaping the digital economy and have at least 3 years of recent experience within agency recruitment focusing on business development and headhunting the best talent in your space. You’ll be connected within your specialist community, actively engaging with leading organisations and exceptional talent across the region. You will possess deep industry knowledge, a flexible approach to addressing clients’ needs, and a sharp eye on emerging talent, recruitment and workforce trends.

Your mission (What you’ll do): 

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech clients across London, from business development through to placement
• Build and grow your own market, headhunting the best talent and engaging directly with leading organisations in the space
• Develop and maintain deep specialist knowledge of the tech and digital economy, staying ahead of emerging talent and workforce trends
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, taking a flexible, consultative approach to solving their hiring needs – Represent Salt’s operating model in every client and candidate interaction, embedding the “Why Salt” difference at every stage

Who we’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ recent experience in agency recruitment, with a strong track record in business development and headhunting – Genuine curiosity about the tech and digital economy, and what’s shaping it
• Established network and community presence within your specialist market – Deep industry knowledge paired with a flexible, consultative approach to client needs
• Ambitious and driven, with a mindset geared towards building something rather than maintaining it
