The Role:
* Senior commercial role responsible for establishing and growing the company’s footprint in Denmark.
* Win new enterprise accounts while developing long-term partnerships across major contractors and owners.
* Act as the first local hire in the region, shaping go-to-market strategy and building deep customer relationships.
* Manage a mix of outbound prospecting, warm accounts, and expansion opportunities within an existing global customer base.
* Own pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, and commercial delivery within a high-performance EMEA sales team.
The Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in construction, ConTech, or related built-environment technology.
* A natural hunter with a proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
* Strong commercial intuition: able to map stakeholders, build trust, and lead customers through full SaaS agreement cycles.
* Excellent communicator with high integrity and strong listening skills.
* Able to operate autonomously, thrive under pressure, and engage credibly with senior decision-makers.
* Passionate about the impact technology can have on productivity and project delivery in construction.
* A collaborative team player who can contribute to a growing, international sales organisation.
