Melbourne based (Hybrid)

– Up to $120k basic ($180k OTE)

About the Company
Our client is a leading FinTech powering global trading across stocks, shares, leveraged products, futures, options, and crypto.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to grow and manage our client base through acquisition of new clients while managing a portfolio of our key clients.

You will also proactively and frequently entertain clients (and prospects) at various sporting, cultural and educational events, as part of your relationship management expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, events, and seminars
  • Engage with clients to provide prompt, high-quality support via phone, online chat, email, and in-person meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with pricing, reporting, and other ad-hoc requests
  • Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless client service and communication
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and KPI targets
  • Promote and sell products and services to both new and existing clients
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships through proactive account management
  • Execute live market transactions for both direct and introducing clients
  • Represent the company at external meetings, networking functions, and industry, cultural, or educational events

What You’ll Bring

  • Selling financial products and services with at least four years’ experience in broking and/or derivative sales
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in financial services
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing high-value clients
  • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and commercial acumen
  • Ability to work across diverse markets and cultures

Bonus points if you have:

  • Degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field
  • Knowledge of CFDs, trading platforms, and the regulatory environment
