Overview:
A busy and well-established creative agency is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between clients and the internal creative studio, ensuring projects move from brief to delivery smoothly, on time, and on budget.
You’ll be responsible for managing campaigns, coordinating teams, and making sure every piece of work aligns with the client’s brand strategy. Think part strategist, part organiser, part problem-solver (and occasional deadline firefighter).
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client accounts
· Interpret and clarify marketing briefs to ensure the team understands the objectives
· Coordinate internal teams including designers, copywriters and production partners
· Develop cost estimates and proposals for projects and campaigns
· Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
· Facilitate creative brainstorms and internal review sessions
· Keep clients updated on project progress and campaign status
· Present work and campaign updates to clients alongside the internal team
· Manage revisions and feedback, ensuring updates are implemented efficiently
· Monitor project budgets and hours to ensure work stays within scope
· Liaise with suppliers such as printers, production teams or external partners
· Ensure all work leaving the studio meets quality and accuracy standards
Requirements:
· Proven experience in an Account Manager or Client Services role, ideally within a creative, marketing or advertising agency
· Strong project management and organisational skills
· Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Confident presenting work and liaising with stakeholders
· Comfortable coordinating internal creative teams and external suppliers
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control across projects
· A good understanding of marketing, branding and campaign strategy is advantageous
Please note: Due to the high volume of applications, only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful at this time. We thank you for your interest in the role and wish you the best in your career search.
