Accountant – Cape Town
Salary: R50 000 per month

We’re hiring an Accountant on behalf of a leading financial consultancy specialising in high-performance financial reconciliation and digital finance operations. Their focus is helping global clients achieve financial accuracy, consistency, and clarity, the kind of work where numbers truly tell the story.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and seeing the bigger picture behind the data. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and supporting process improvements that keep operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

• Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements, and management reports.

• Handle bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes.

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.

What you’ll bring:

• National Diploma or BCom in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 2-4 years of accounting experience covering AP, AR, and reconciliations.

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and a proactive mindset.
