Our client is looking for an Adobe Campaign Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for building, deploying, and managing campaigns within Adobe Campaign, ensuring accurate targeting, segmentation, and end-to-end execution.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Adobe Campaign (or similar CRM platforms), HTML for email development, and a solid understanding of data-driven marketing and campaign performance. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, and production to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and optimized for engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Build, test, and deploy campaigns in Adobe Campaign
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign workflows
- Develop and QA HTML email templates
- Ensure accurate and timely campaign execution across channels
- Monitor campaign performance and support optimization efforts
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and production teams
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure quality control across all deployments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or campaign management
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign (or similar platforms)
- Proficiency in HTML for email development
- Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle marketing
- Experience working in data-driven or performance-focused environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skil
