Advertising Associate

Salt is look for Advertising Associate/Ads Operation Support Specialist for 11 months extendable contract role.

What Will You Do:

• Conduct end-to-end assessments of sales and internal processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity, streamline workflows and support revenue growth.
• Analyze operational metrics and performance data to track effectiveness and identify trends.
• Develop case studies and insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure the overall operational health and efficiency of the business.
• Drive automation and system enhancements where applicable to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

What You Need:

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced company with knowledge of/experience in
• Media/Media Operations, Digital Advertising, Business Intelligence, Revenue
• Strategy/Operations, Audit, or related fields;
• Highly analytical; comfortable dealing with people and the processing of business operations;
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel and Power Point preferably (BI system knowledge is a plus);
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin would be advantageous;
• * Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, agile and determined to drive assigned
• targets and projects with perseverance and passion.
