We are looking for experienced AI Model Validation Specialists to support a major AI transformation initiative within the financial services sector.

The Role:

Independently validate AI agents before production deployment.
Assess model performance, design, documentation, and data quality.
Identify risks, challenge findings, and recommend improvements.
Ensure alignment with model risk, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with AI, Risk, Governance, and Financial Crime Prevention teams.

Requirements:

Strong experience in Model Risk Validation, Model Governance, or Model Risk Management.
Solid understanding of AI/ML models and validation methodologies.
Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
Financial Crime Prevention experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
