Salt has partnered with a global energy technology company that helps energy and utility businesses work smarter. Their digital platform improves operations, creates better customer experience, and supports renewable and smart energy solutions. Their goal is to help drive the shift to a cleaner, net-zero future.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for growing the APAC region whilst managing the current in-flight implementations in Australia. You will lead commercial engagements, drive customer engagements, expand the company’s presence in the local market and provide Senior Leadership within the region.
About the Opportunity:
This is a rare and high-impact senior leadership role, responsible for scaling the presence and commercial success across Australia and the wider APAC region. You’ll work closely with global leadership to support the local team, clients and continue to develop a strong operational and cultural foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full client engagements across all platform partnerships and implementations
- Oversee strategic client relationships post-sale, ensuring delivery excellence and long-term success.
- Collaborate with programme and delivery teams to uphold commitments and resolve challenges proactively.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and policy developments to inform strategy.
- Build strong relationships with regulators, partners, and key market players.
- Partner with internal teams to create an environment where people can thrive.
- Champion the company’s values and ways of working within the local market, aligning people, purpose, and performance.
About You
You’re a visionary and hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments. You combine strategic foresight with commercial discipline and can influence stakeholders across all levels.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience leading regional growth within the technology or SaaS sector.
- A strong record of managing long-term client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of the Australian market, business culture, and regulatory landscape.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both locally and internationally.
- A blend of entrepreneurial mindset and structured execution and an ability to operate autonomously while driving strategic outcomes.
- The confidence to engage in discussions around SaaS, PaaS, and emerging technologies
