• Global Technology Company with Household Name
• 12 Month Day-Rate Contract role – high likelihood of extension / a conversion to a permanent employee down the line
• Offering: $450 – 473 per day including super
• Hybrid work arrangement – 2 days per week in Sydney CBD office, 3 days WFH

What you’ll bring?

• Must have 2+ years of experience in either an application support or software development environment
• Experience being able to write and debug JavaScript
• Excellent communication skills and ability to converse with clients
• Experience providing application / technical support over phone, email, chat
• Strong knowledge of the components in a web applications stack.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience using Linux/Unix OR Microsoft Server.

What you’ll be doing?

• Working as part of the Application Support Team in Sydney to troubleshoot customer queries / issues
• Responding to tickets from customers / escalations that arise internally
• Providing support to users/administrators of this company’s platform over the phone and over Teams
• Working on a rostered work-week, mostly 7:30am – 3:30pm OR 8am – 4pm
• Contributing to the evolution of best practices for the delivery of support services in the organisation
• Leveraging AI to improve workflows and enhance the overall application support team’s service offering
• Understanding this company’s platform, cloud technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of challenging technical situations
