A major organisation is seeking an experienced IAM leader to drive strategy, uplift capability, and lead the delivery of secure, modern identity services across a complex enterprise environment.
About the Role
You will lead a dedicated IAM team responsible for identity platforms, access governance, and authentication solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM and RBAC. This role blends strategic direction with hands-on leadership, ensuring identity services remain secure, scalable, and aligned to modern security practices.
Key Responsibilities

Lead IAM strategy, operations, and a high-performing team

Oversee design and enhancement of IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA and access governance solutions

Drive automation, integration, and simplification initiatives

Embed Zero Trust, least privilege, and modern identity practices

Ensure compliance with relevant security, privacy, and audit frameworks

Partner with HR, Legal, Procurement, Infrastructure and Application teams

Champion strong security culture through training and awareness
About You

10+ years in cybersecurity with deep IAM expertise

Proven leadership of technical teams and vendors

Strong knowledge of identity platforms, directory services, MFA, SSO and PAM

Skilled in problem-solving, communication and managing complex stakeholders

A continuous-improvement mindset with a passion for modern IAM practices

Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, SC-200, AZ-500 etc.) are highly regarded
