Automation Anywhere Project Delivery Manager

My client are looking for an experienced RPA Automation Anywhere Project Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of robotic process automation initiatives across the business. This role is responsible for managing RPA projects from discovery through deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of RPA projects using Automation Anywhere, from requirements gathering to production rollout
• Own project planning, governance, timelines, budgets, and risk management
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, RPA developers, IT, and vendors
• Translate business processes into clear automation requirements and delivery plans
• Ensure best practices, security standards, and governance frameworks are followed
• Track benefits realization and ensure automations deliver measurable efficiency and cost savings
• Support continuous improvement of RPA delivery methodologies and standards
• Manage change, stakeholder communications, and user adoption activities

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience delivering RPA projects, with strong hands-on exposure to Automation Anywhere
• Demonstrated project delivery or program management experience in a technology or automation environment
• Strong understanding of process analysis, automation lifecycle, and operating models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automation Anywhere certification(s)
• Experience delivering RPA solutions at scale or within an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Background in finance, operations, shared services, or digital transformation is a plus
