We are working with a leading global technology services organisation to appoint a Market Development Lead focused on driving growth across the Middle East through strategic partnerships and enterprise transformation initiatives.
This is a senior, client-facing role suited to a commercially driven leader with a strong background in cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise technology sales.
The Role
You will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of strategic partners, driving pipeline growth, accelerating revenue, and strengthening executive-level relationships across the region.
Working closely with sales, industry leaders, and global business units, you will shape compelling value propositions that deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies aligned with key strategic partners
- Drive pipeline growth, revenue acceleration, and overall partnership performance
- Engage C-level stakeholders to shape digital transformation roadmaps
- Lead complex, high-value sales pursuits and influence key decision-makers
- Develop and position differentiated value propositions aligned to market needs
- Collaborate across internal teams and partner ecosystems to drive joint initiatives
- Build and manage senior relationships across clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Support business development activities including opportunity creation, proposals, and RFP responses
- Establish strong governance and reporting frameworks to ensure pipeline health and execution
Your Background:
- Senior sales, business development, or alliance leadership experience within enterprise technology or cloud environments
- Proven success in delivering large-scale transformation deals and meeting revenue targets
- Strong experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders
- Deep understanding of cloud, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
- Experience working with strategic partners and managing complex ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build data-driven business cases
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Track record of navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Experience in enterprise IT modernisation or cloud transformation programmes
- Willingness to travel across the Middle East as required
