𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Develop and strengthen partnerships with key organisations to support commercial growth and long-term business objectives.
• Identify new partnership opportunities, coordinate meetings, and manage relationships from initial engagement through to ongoing collaboration.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners and support successful delivery of commercial initiatives.
• Maintain accurate partnership records, monitor pipeline activity, and prepare regular performance updates.
• Build strong relationships through regular engagement, networking, and proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends and partnership opportunities, providing insights that support business development strategies.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, banking, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the real estate or financial services sector is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
