Salt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as the B2B Sales Manager, this is a 12 month contract role with one of the well-known consulting client.
Responsibilities:
§ Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to conversion, proactively identifying and engaging potential clients
§ Employ a consultative sales approach, understanding clients’ business challenges and demonstrating how to address their specific needs.
§ Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client accounts, business stakeholders and sponsors from both big enterprises and SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises)
§ Serve as a lead point of contact for all client account management matters, delivering exceptional client service
§ Maintain a robust and dynamic sales pipeline, consistently adding new prospects, advancing deals, and ensuring a healthy conversion to meet company objectives
§ Collect regular feedback on client needs, challenges, and objectives, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve partnership
§ Proactively identify cross/-sell/up-sell business opportunities from existing client portfolio, delivering monthly and annual targets
