Role Summary:

The Brand Content & Social Media Strategist will lead the development and execution of social-first content strategies across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for shaping brand voice, defining narrative frameworks, and creating platform-native content approaches that drive engagement, audience growth, and measurable impact.

The position blends creative storytelling, cultural insight, and performance analysis, and requires someone comfortable working across strategy, execution, and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and key moments throughout the year.
  • Monitor cultural trends, social behaviours, and platform developments to inform content direction.
  • Partner with creative, video, performance, and product teams to ensure consistent storytelling and execution.
  • Define brand messaging frameworks and oversee tone of voice across all social content.
  • Lead creator and influencer content initiatives in line with strategic objectives.
  • Analyse performance data, audience insights, and content metrics to continuously refine strategy.
  • Test and develop new content formats, series, and social-first concepts.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and social touchpoints.
  • Develop and own end-to-end content and social media strategy across major platforms, including Instagram, Tiktok, Linkedin, and others relevant.
  • Create platformspecific content frameworks that support engagement, community growth, and brand awareness.

Experience & Capabilities:

  • 7-10 years’ experience in content strategy, social media, or brand communications within consumer-facing businesses.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and digital audience behaviour.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate brand objectives into effective content strategies.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and narrative development skills.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform content decisions and optimisation.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Knowledge of creator and influencer collaboration models.
  • Portfolio or examples of relevant work preferred.
