About Our Client

Our client is a leading brand within the automotive sector, with a strong presence across the Middle East and global markets. With a portfolio of world-class brands in the group, they are committed to delivering excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction across every market they serve.

They are now seeking an experienced and driven Brand Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai and take ownership of key brands within their portfolio, driving strategy, positioning, and growth.

Role Overview

Please note this role is based in Dubai, but will be working US & European hours.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen our client’s market presence, build brand equity, and deliver measurable business results. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and consumer insights.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, trade, and B2B channels.
  • Performance Tracking: Define KPIs and monitor brand performance, ensuring ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver integrated brand initiatives.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external agencies, creative partners, and media suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage the brand marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact.
  • Product Launches: Lead end-to-end go-to-market plans for new product introductions, from concept to execution.
  • Brand Equity Building: Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the automotive, FMCG, or distribution industries.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns in the Middle East region.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, media planning, and performance measurement tools.
