5+ years of Business Analysis experience, including leadership in digital platforms.

Expertise in Agile methodologies, BPMN/UML, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Strong domain knowledge in financial services and regulatory frameworks.

Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
