Business Analyst

6-month initial contract

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic delivery team working on Salesforce-related development within an Agile environment.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented BA who thrives on stakeholder engagement, translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, and ensuring solutions are delivered in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate BRDs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Capture both functional and non-functional requirements with clarity and precision
• Work closely with UX Leads, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, SMEs, and QA to refine process flows and manage dependencies
• Manage backlog refinement and defect prioritisation using Azure DevOps
• Facilitate UAT, gather feedback, and continuously refine the product backlog
• Validate UX designs against documented requirements and user expectations
• Oversee change requests, updating BRDs and backlogs as required
• Prepare and participate in daily standups and sprint demos
• Provide updates on risks, dependencies, and delivery progress to stakeholders
• Ensure solution quality through sanity testing and post-deployment hyper care support
• Support documentation, training materials, and final requirement sign-off/archiving
• Capture lessons learned and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce development projects
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and defect management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams including UX, QA, Product, and Engineering
