What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating regulatory and pricing changes into precise business, functional and non‑functional requirements, giving you exposure to operations, digital and programme teams
• Collaborating with stakeholders across customer operations, technology and regulatory to clarify needs, letting you make a tangible impact on customer outcomes and compliance
• Documenting detailed system behaviours in CRM, billing and pricing tools, with the opportunity to refine how requirements are structured and communicated to delivery squads
• Facilitating workshops, walkthroughs and sign‑offs, where you’ll sharpen your expertise in stakeholder management, negotiation and shaping solution options

About You

You’re someone who thrives in complex environments where regulation, customer impact and technology intersect. You enjoy getting close to the detail of systems and processes, turning ambiguity into structured, testable requirements. You’re motivated by knowing your work keeps services running, customers billed correctly and obligations met, and you’re comfortable working at pace when timelines are tight.

What You’ll Need to Bring

• Strong business analysis experience across business, functional and non‑functional requirements, so you can confidently own end‑to‑end analysis
• Hands‑on exposure to CRM and billing or pricing systems, enabling you to specify behaviour at screen, field and data‑flow level
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders and facilitate workshops, helping the team reach clear decisions quickly
• Experience in a regulated or utilities‑style environment, giving you the context to interpret rules and translate them into practical system change
