Business Analyst – Leading Australian Telco
Seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in a critical system redesign program, ensuring the new architecture aligns seamlessly with business strategy and operational requirements.
WHAT’S ON OFFER
THE ROLE:
You will join one of Australia’s leading telcos to support a major transformation program focused on redesigning system architecture and delivering future-ready capabilities. Working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you will provide business analysis expertise and contribute to solution design that solves complex challenges and ensures alignment to program objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support solution design to ensure capabilities meet business needs
* Perform gap assessments and root cause analysis to address business problems
* Deliver clear documentation and analysis to support decision-making
* Provide inputs into Change Impact Assessments to guide business readiness
THE COMPANY:
A leading Australian telecommunications provider delivering high-speed network infrastructure nationwide, connecting communities and driving digital innovation.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Background in telecommunications highly desirable – prior experience at Telstra, NBN, or similar will be highly regarded
* Skilled in data analysis and modelling to support solution design
* Strong capability in root cause and gap analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
