About the Role:

We’re seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This role is 100% focused on new business and you will need to be a self-starter. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new clients, selling high-value services with short sales cycles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Generating your own leads and building a strong pipeline from scratch
  • Prospecting and creating new business opportunities through various channels
  • Running discovery meetings and presenting tailored solutions
  • Closing deals quickly and efficiently
  • Working autonomously while working with targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales environment
  • Previous experience selling a professional service would be an advantage – for example, facilities management or commercial cleaning
  • A hunter mentality is a must so you will love the thrill of the chase and the win
  • Experience with working with targets and regularly achieving them!
  • Highly resilient, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
  • Confident in lead generation and managing short sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
