Business Development Manager – Media / Advertising / Gaming

This role is for someone who understands that selling today is not about hard pitches. It is about relevance, credibility, and knowing how to connect brands to audiences that genuinely care.
You’ll be working with brands and agencies who want to reach modern, youth-driven audiences through gaming, e-sports, and experiential campaigns. Your job is to open doors, build relationships, and turn ideas into commercial partnerships that make sense for everyone involved.
You’ll own the full sales journey, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while working closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
What you’ll be doing
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and partners
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
* Developing tailored proposals aligned to client objectives and budgets
* Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully
* Keeping your pipeline, forecasts, and reporting accurate and up to date
* Staying close to industry trends, gaming culture, and market opportunities
This role will suit you if
