We’re partnering with a growing agency in the media and influencer space, looking to bring on a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and build a strong commercial pipeline.
This role is focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting high-value clients across both media and influencer business units.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential clients based on needs, budget, and fit
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
- Lead and coordinate pitch processes, including RFPs and custom presentations
- Manage negotiations and close new business deals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover post-sale
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in business development within media, digital, or influencer marketing
- Strong track record of building pipelines and closing deals
- Existing network and solid client relationships
- Ability to think creatively and approach opportunities in a non-traditional, out-of-the-box way
- Ability to manage complex pitches and stakeholder expectations
- Confident, commercially driven, and relationship-focused
This role is suited for someone who understands the industry, knows how to open doors, and can think beyond the obvious to create new opportunities and partnerships.
