Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Change Manager to lead the change portfolio and strategy for a company-wide Traveler Privacy Program (TPP).
The program is focused on making traveler data safer, better governed, and easier to use responsibly, enabling the organisation to reduce privacy risk while continuing to support AI, data-driven innovation and the Connected Trip strategy.
We need a pragmatic, experienced change leader who can hit the ground running and bring immediate structure, focus and momentum to a complex programme of change. You will work closely with the Portfolio Group Technical Program Manager, Data Leadership and senior stakeholders, applying appropriate change management frameworks while remaining highly delivery-focused.
The role requires someone who can operate comfortably between strategic leadership and detailed execution – translating complex technology, privacy and data initiatives into clear change plans, stakeholder actions and measurable adoption outcomes.
Core Program Drivers
You will design and lead the change strategy and execution across three critical areas:
Enterprise Capability Adoption
Establishing and embedding enterprise data governance and privacy capabilities that enable traveler data management to become more automated, sustainable and scalable.
Risk Reduction in High-Risk Domains
Driving adoption and coordination of programme changes across initiatives including privacy controls, consent foundations, raw events migration, tracking technology remediation, retention and deletion, and related business and process changes.
Governance and Reporting Maturity
Strengthening how privacy risk, programme progress, dependencies, decisions and adoption are governed, communicated and monitored across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio and roadmap leadership: Design and own the end-to-end change and communications roadmap, ensuring alignment between programme milestones, business readiness, stakeholder needs and adoption requirements.
