Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and market mapping.
- Qualify clients based on financial potential, industry fit, and strategic value.
- Deliver compelling commercial pitches that highlight business impact.
- Handle objections confidently and close deals efficiently.
- Ensure new clients are fully onboarded and operational within tight timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on acquisition metrics.
- Provide market feedback to improve go-to-market strategies and messaging.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Fintech experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial products and payment systems.
- Familiarity with the retail, hospitality, or service sectors is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and structured reporting.
