SALT is looking to hire a Client Solutions Manager in Hong Kong for a global technology client. This is a 6 months renewable contract role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with client’s products and services.
  • Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth and maximize value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client issues.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising products, policies, and industry trends

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in client management, account management, or digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
