SALT is looking to hire a Client Solutions Manager in Hong Kong for a global technology client. This is a 6 months renewable contract role.
Job Responsibility:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with client’s products and services.
- Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth and maximize value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client issues.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising products, policies, and industry trends
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
