Client Solutions Manager- HK

Salt is seeking a strategic, solutions-oriented, and client-focused Client Solutions Manager to be a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders and drive operational excellence, improve client outcomes, and support the successful execution of business objectives. You will work cross-functionally across Sales, Operations, Product, and Policy teams to ensure seamless delivery and scalable solutions for top eCommerce advertisers. This is a 6 month contract role based in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand client objectives and translate business needs into actionable solution strategies
• Support the planning and execution of client initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Operations, Product, and Policy to resolve issues and remove operational blockers
• Monitor project progress, analyze performance insights, and provide clear recommendations and status updates
• Develop and maintain best practices, playbooks, and scalable processes to improve operational consistency and efficiency
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to continuously enhance the client experience and drive program improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in client solutions, account management, consulting, program management, or other client-facing roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly to different audiences
• Excellent problem-solving skills, sound business judgment, and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in business tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and collaboration platforms.
