Commercial Manager
Overview:
This role is for a strategic operator with a commercial mindset and a sharp instinct for growth. As Commercial Manager, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact sponsorship packages and drive revenue across multiple platforms. You’ll need to think big, act fast, and build strong partnerships that deliver real value.
Key Focus Areas
Strategic (60%)
- Own the commercial strategy and drive innovation in rights packaging.
- Identify new sponsorship opportunities and growth areas.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and contract execution.
Sales (40%)
- Build and maintain high-value relationships.
- Secure and renew strategic sponsorships.
- Use insights to elevate partner engagement and retention.
Skills & Experience
- Deep understanding of sports sponsorship and commercial trends.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and sales execution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project leadership.
- Financial acumen with the ability to deliver profitable outcomes.
