Job Summary:

As a Content Design Producer on the video services team, you’ll help shape how millions of consumers discover and enjoy top movies and television within a major streaming and content ecosystem. You’ll be part of a group of highly skilled producers focused on defining, refining, upholding, and advancing the experience of discovering and consuming premium content on the company’s video platform.
Key Qualifications:
- 8 – 10 years of experience as a lead producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team.
- Expertise in content creation and production processes; ideally within a subscription services business model.
- Experience with broadcast graphics production; ideally in sports broadcasting.
- Ability to shift comfortably between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution while identifying opportunities for efficiency and team structure.
- Exceptional attention to detail while working under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate information into clear, actionable plans for both internal and external audiences.
- Familiarity with this company’s ecosystem of devices, services, and media platforms.
- Proven ability to adapt smoothly to change.
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end content creation and production processes across Media Products initiatives.
- More specifically:
- Lead and manage communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables.
- Manage and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
- Navigate simultaneous demands, prioritize resources appropriately, and mitigate related challenges.
- Oversee projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and deliver high-quality creative efficiently.
- Handle day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production challenges.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver on requests while fostering an environment that supports innovation.
- Plan, manage, and communicate efficient internal and external workflows, while contributing to ongoing improvements.
- Lead clear briefs to align all business partners.
- Develop and inform SOWs with accurate assessments of burn and requirements.
- Independently manage budgets and agency relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product partners to ensure creative is aligned with channel needs.
Education:
BA or BS degree; 8+ years of related work experience.
