Content Editor

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Content Editor to support the development of clear, concise, and user-friendly career frameworks that communicate growth and progression pathways. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Talent Program Manager to refine and elevate content quality, ensuring all materials are polished, consistent, and aligned with organizational tone and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and refine career framework drafts for grammar, style, clarity, and flow.
• Ensure content communicates complex information in an accessible, engaging way.
• Maintain consistency in voice and tone across all materials, adhering to editorial guidelines.
• Offer structural and stylistic recommendations to strengthen readability and usability.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve accuracy and quality.

About You

• 5+ years of professional experience in copy editing, content development, or related writing roles.
• Strong command of grammar, style, and editorial best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Skilled in managing multiple editing projects simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
• Experience in talent development, human resources, or organizational development is preferred.

• Familiarity with career framework concepts, performance management, or employee development content.
• Experience shaping content structures and systems for clarity and user experience.
