6-Month Contract | Culver City – Onsite

Our client, a global leader in technology and entertainment, is seeking a Content Scheduling Associate to join their Content Scheduling team. This team is responsible for setting release strategies across original programming, using data-driven insights to optimize rollouts that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention.

In this role, you’ll support the creation and distribution of content planning schedules, recommend effective scheduling strategies, and track competitive release dates. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to refine content scheduling decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and update content scheduling information, communicating changes to cross-functional teams.

· Attend production meetings to stay informed on updates that may affect launch timing and scheduling strategy.

· Use data and insights to recommend strategies that improve audience engagement and overall scheduling approach.

· Track and analyze competitive release schedules for industry benchmarking.

· Provide support on long-term planning and ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

· 1-3 years of experience at a major media company or in a related field.

· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to apply data to strategy.

· Passion for TV, film, and programming strategy.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.

· Experience with Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and Numbers.

Bachelor’s degree required.
