Contract software engineer (.Net, Blazor)

• Work for a top-notch brand in the business insurance space across 26 countries with 11000 employees worldwide
• Part of a new squad; expansion of the team

• Contract role with initial 3 months with a high possibility of extension
• Flexible & hybrid (Tuesdays & Thursdays mandatory per week)
• Auckland CBD based (3days per week mandatory in office)
• Immediate joining preferred
• Payrate: $95 to 105 per hour (approx.)
• 37.5hours per week for work life balance

The role:

• A large program of work currently needs an experienced C# .Net CONTRACT developer, working with BLAZOR (preferred).
• This is a large piece of work in the digital portal and core systems upgrade along with launching a new product in the underwriting space.
• Looking for an senior level contract developers who would be working as a part of the team.

The ideal candidate:

· Experience (minimum 10yrs) in commercial development as a backend/fullstack developer at an Senior level using C# . NET (Non-negotiable) & Blazor (preferred.)

· Seasoned contractors preferred. Anyone looking to venture into the contracting space with good experience is also welcome.

· Should be based in Auckland or be able to relocate to Auckland (3days from office – Tuesdays & Thursdays).

· To be able to adapt, team fit in terms of being approachable, be a part of team activities and add value to discussions over technical issues.
