Salt is seeking an exceptional Creative Director with strong art direction expertise to lead the development of innovative, concept-driven performance campaigns that engage international business audiences across multiple digital platforms.
As a creative leader, you will operate across three core areas:
- Contributing as a key member of an internal creative team, leading ideas from concept through execution in partnership with production teams and internal stakeholders
- Partnering closely with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, strategic work that drives measurable business results
- Actively using AI and generative AI tools to create high-impact creative work and improve team productivity
This is 3 months extendable contract role in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead creative concepts for ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and brand strategy
- Ideate, develop, and refine campaign ideas with a high bar for craft, clarity, and effectiveness
- Leverage historical campaign performance, insights, and trends to inform future creative decisions
- Use AI and generative AI tools for creative ideation, experimentation, and production
- Provide clear, constructive creative direction to external agencies and internal cross-functional teams
- Ensure consistently high-quality creative output across on- and off-platform deliverables, including digital ads, websites, and sales enablement materials
- Lead creative reviews and presentations for internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Define creative inputs for testing plans to optimize performance and learnings
- Design and develop visual systems, including typography, color palettes, and imagery, to support campaign messaging and branding
- Create and oversee the development of design assets such as graphics, icons, and illustrations
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply relevant insights to ongoing work
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Creative Director, or in a senior creative or design leadership role within advertising or marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Advertising Art Direction, or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience using AI and generative AI tools for creative ideation and production
- Experience working on regional campaigns across Southeast Asia; China experience is a strong plus
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative, concept-driven campaigns, strong performance outcomes, and mastery of art direction and design fundamentals
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and digital advertising platforms
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies and cross-functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
