We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who eats, sleeps, and breathes creator culture. Someone who knows what makes influencer campaigns work from the first spark of an idea to the final post that gets people talking.
You’ll help brands connect with audiences through creators who feel authentic, not forced. You’ll shape influencer strategies, develop creative concepts that belong on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and craft decks that sell big ideas in smart, social-first ways.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop standout creative concepts for influencer and creator campaigns that feel natural to each platform.
- Turn insights, cultural trends, and audience behaviour into strategies that drive engagement and impact.
- Build eye-catching pitch decks and campaign proposals that bring influencer ideas to life.
- Collaborate with talent teams to identify the right creators and shape briefs that let their voices shine.
- Present ideas with confidence – internally, to clients, and sometimes even alongside creators themselves.
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines, staying organized while keeping your creative energy high.
Who You Are:
- You’ve spent 2-4 years in influencer marketing, social strategy, or creative roles within an agency setting.
- You understand the creator economy – from how talent builds community to how brands can partner with them authentically.
- You’re fluent in TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube culture – you know the trends, the tone, and how to make content that actually lands.
- You’re a strong communicator who can craft compelling stories and sell creative ideas clearly.
- You’re tuned into internet culture, love exploring what’s next, and bring a cultural lens to everything you do.
- You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- You know your way around Google Slides, campaign tools, and influencer platforms – and you’re always down to learn new tricks.
