Creative Team

We are searching for a Creative Team on a permanent basis for a respected Advertising agency based in London.

As a midweight team, your focus will be to work conceptually across all Customer Engagement accounts, as well as writing full copy and overseeing design and production.

Copyrwiter – have strong experience in writing for Customer Engagement and tone of voice, both in short and longer copy

Art Director – have a good understanding of print and digital design (especially email) including directing Customer Engagement designers

• Be passionate about coming up with brilliant conceptual ideas within the Customer Engagement space
• To be conceptually and strategically opinionated about creative and confident in
• your ideas and experience
• Be aware of current Customer Enagament trends and their commercial implications
• Be able to communicate confidently and persuasively, presenting work to internal teams and
• clients
• Able to work to deadlines on multiple projects at one time
• Work closely with other departments and teams on projects ensuring peer-to-peer
• sharing of knowledge and practices
• You’ll be working hands-on on briefs, ensuring all the work meets best practise standards and is on brand
• You’ll need to have experience in working on new business pitches, and enjoy doing so. You’ll also be proactive in looking for new opportunities to create outstanding work for thier existing clients.
• You’ll also need to have an understanding of customer data and how it can be used to help inform and enhance creative work

As Customer Engagement specialists you will understand all aspects of CE marketing, including customer journeys, and how messaging flexes across the timespan of the journey as well as across touchpoints in different channels (email, DM, in-app, landing pages/microsites, social, digital display etc).
