CRM Manager
Overview:
Can you look at a player base and instantly see where the value is hiding? We aren’t looking for someone to manage a “send calendar” or a reporting dashboard; we are looking for a commercial leader who views CRM as one of the sharpest levers in the business to drive activation and protect margin.
This role is for a specialist who understands the “math and the message” behind the lifecycle. You will join a fast-growing digital operation where you’ll have the room to build, sharpen, and modernize player journeys rather than just maintaining them. You will balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution, shaping everything from first-deposit momentum and churn prevention to the future of AI-driven, omnichannel loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and optimizing automated player journeys across onboarding, activation, retention, and VIP development
- Leading both the strategic thinking and the day-to-day execution of campaigns across email, SMS, push, and onsite messaging
- Improving promotional efficiency by building bonus, free bet, and reward campaigns with strong commercial discipline and better ROI
- Managing CRM trading across tactical offers, major sporting moments, and always-on lifecycle communications
- Utilizing AI and predictive thinking to improve timing, relevance, and operational efficiency
- Driving reporting, testing, and incrementality to ensure full commercial accountability across the CRM program
- Shaping transactional CRM touchpoints, including registration, deposits, and KYC events
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
- Deep experience in sports betting, iGaming, or a similar high-frequency digital environment (e.g. Crypto) is a major advantage
- Strong hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms
- A sophisticated understanding of player journeys, segmentation, and complex automation
- Commercial mastery of bonus structures, retention economics, and campaign ROI
- Analytical comfort in interpreting cohort data, incrementality, and player-value metrics
- Practical appreciation for how AI can be leveraged to improve CRM performance and speed
