We’re partnering with a global payroll & workforce solutions organisation to hire a Customer Care Specialist in Kuala Lumpur.

Step into a role where your customer care skills make a real difference. You’ll be the first point of contact for AU clients, manage high-volume queries, and collaborate with a dynamic Melbourne-based team – all while shaping seamless operations across the region. If you thrive on solving problems, supporting people, and taking ownership, this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for AU clients and workers.
  • Handle high-volume inbound & outbound calls via Teams.
  • Record and manage case details in internal systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support HR processes over time and gain exposure to compliance fundamentals.
  • Collaborate with the Melbourne team and step in to help where required.
  • Working hours: 7am-4pm (aligned to AU hours)

Who we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience in customer service, admin, or HR coordination
  • Strong written & verbal English
  • Empathetic, resilient, and high EQ – calm under pressure
  • Proactive and self-motivated – able to plan and prioritise independently
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
