Role: Customer Experience Manager
Salary: R600K per annum
Location: Onsite in Claremont Cape Town.
A leading gym brand in SA is looking for an experienced Brand Communications Manager to be the custodian of service and operational communications with all members. They will also be overseeing a social media team who handles service escalations.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service communications
Experience in crisis management communications including escalated queries
Experience in managing social media focused on KPIs related to responses to comments on various channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
