🧩 Customer Success Associate (Johannesburg-Based)
Work Type: Full-time (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days in Office)

🎯 Role Overview
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding, scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Conduct on-site training and periodic client visits.
- Provide hardware and software support to ensure smooth system operation.
- Maintain client guides, process documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to relay client feedback and coordinate requests.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Capture client interactions and feedback in the CRM.
- Prepare reports from client visits and account reviews.
- Contribute to improving Customer Success processes and tools.
📌 Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or tech).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and technologies.
- Confident in providing on-site support and liaising with operational-level clients.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Based in Johannesburg with flexibility to travel nationally.
