🧩 Customer Success Associate (Johannesburg-Based)

Location: Johannesburg, South Africa
Work Type: Full-time (Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days in Office)

Salary Range: R20,000 – R35,000 per month
Travel: Required for client site visits across South Africa

🎯 Role Overview

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Associate to support client onboarding, training, hardware/software support, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in SaaS or client-facing environments who enjoys solving problems and building long-term client value.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with client onboarding, scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
  • Conduct on-site training and periodic client visits.
  • Provide hardware and software support to ensure smooth system operation.
  • Maintain client guides, process documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to relay client feedback and coordinate requests.
  • Support customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Capture client interactions and feedback in the CRM.
  • Prepare reports from client visits and account reviews.
  • Contribute to improving Customer Success processes and tools.

📌 Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or tech).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new systems and technologies.
  • Confident in providing on-site support and liaising with operational-level clients.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Based in Johannesburg with flexibility to travel nationally.
